Sgraffito Pendant Light Barrel
The Sgraffito Pendant Light is a hand crafted down light that will bring texture and colour to your room. We use a Sgraffito or “scratching” technique here on the surface of our wax model. Upon completion the wax is steamed away leaving the imprint in the casting mould which the glass melts into upon firing in the kiln. Colours melt into oneanother leaving traces of light and dark while the scratched texture remains a matte finish, the raised surface is brought up to a satin polish.
Approximate scale: 30cm L x 17cm W
Available in Moss Green or Earth Brown - also available in other bespoke colours so please ask if there is a colour you have in mind for your project.
